Overview: When somebody takes pot shots at Fran's hot-headed cop boyfriend, he soon comes under suspicion for a handful of assaults and two murders. All the trouble seems to be linked back to a case he investigated with his one-time partner, now turned private eye; but is it a case of cop-turned-bad, or is it something else?
