Overview: When Chief Winchley gets disappointed at Squiddly after he fails an act, he tells Squiddly to leave. Due to the similarity of their costumes, Squiddly gets mistaken by people at a masquerade party for a guy named Louie. Back at Bubbleland, Chief Winchley brings back Louie instead of Squiddly.
