Overview: When The Chief is planning to send a balloon up to the sky with fireworks attached to it that reads "Come to Bubbleland" for a publicity scheme, Squiddly floats out of Bubbleland onto it and when he hits the ground out in a desert, a Flying Saucers Members Society group think that he is a visitor from outer space.
