Overview: Tom Thumb is sad. The other boy scouts won't let him camp with them because he's too small. Winnie decides to take Tom camping herself. With a little clandestine help from Winnie, Tom rescues the other scouts from a raft about to go over waterfalls. Tom is then named leader of their troop.
