Overview: At Pacific University, a fraternity is holding their annual Thrill Week in a house on the Pacific Blue beach. After a series of incidents, Russ and T.C. are sent in undercover to stop abusive hazing which includes sexual harassment for Bobby's sister, Theresa and other women.
