Overview: Subaro returns to the island only to discover that a replacement doctor has arrived. Now that Subaro has gone back to being just a clerk, when the other Akiko arrives looking for some follow-up work to her operation, he'll be hard pressed to help her. But the new doctor may not turn out as well as the islanders had hoped for.
