Overview: Chris concludes his journey through South Africa in the Karoo: a gigantic semi-desert that covers almost a third of the country. To really experience this wilderness, Chris spends the night in a tent on the vast plains. Freddy's journey through Italy also comes to an end. In the Aeolian Islands, he visits the island of Salina, where he prepares a fish he has caught himself and meets a star chef who specializes in caper dishes.
