Overview: In the spring of 1992, a serial killer cut a swathe through the Mid West with six victims across three states, shot execution style. The victims all worked in small stores just blocks from I-70. Phelps and Kelly take a long trek across the Midwest to investigate the unsolved murders on this lonely stretch of highway.
