Overview: The Illinois State Fair is one of the longest running fairs in the U.S. and luckily for host Noah Cappe, he's able to sample a taste of Illinois history with the Horseshoe Sandwich: a deep fried pork tenderloin topped with French fries and creamy cheese sauce. Then he puts together an over-the-top deep fried peanut butter sandwich, topped with homemade fluff. Next, Noah travels to New York for the Erie County Fair where he chows down on some local Buffalo favourites like Buffalo Chicken Wing Pizza, Beef on Weck Eggrolls and the Bacon Bomber. |
