Overview: When the body of heroin addict Kathy Debaere is found, it seems as though her addiction has got the better of her. But with her young child missing from the apartment, the team are up against the clock to find the child, and track down Antwerp's own 'Dirty Harry' who is attempting to clean up the city. Meanwhile, Liese faces some tough decisions in her home life.
