Overview: Xenon dispatches Demon Mermaim to assist Xannin in his fight against Devilman. She does not care for Xannin, and puts a spell on him to prevent his interference. Mermaim moves in and attacks the Makimura family while they are on vacation. As Devilman does battle with Mermaim, Xannin discovers Miki.
