Overview: The inhabitants of Flake are awaken at dawn by loud hammering noises: the king's foreman is requisitioning the village to build the new royal summer residence! The Vikings are faced with the possibility of eviction. To avoid a war between the villagers and the king's army, Vic sets out to convince the foreman that their village is a very inhospitable place, and thus get him to leave.
