Overview: Romain, the manager, runs a small brasserie in the heart of the city, and works with Najib who officiates in the kitchen. But between the two men, the professional relationship is complicated; Najib feels abandoned by Romain, who reproaches his cook for a lack of audacity in his dishes. With so little motivation, the establishment is slowly but surely sinking. Philippe will have to go back to the basics of the restaurant business to give the two associates a new lease on life.
