Overview: A ghost is haunting the mirrors of Fogville creating a town-wide panic. The kids and Bat Pat discover the ghost is Mrs. Rufelle Tailfeathers. She's a bald ghost and is looking for a new look as she's been wearing the same wig for 200 years.
