Overview: Bob, Larry, and Madame Blueberry accidentally flood the town with giant, burnt popcorn, but are forgiven and not punished by Mayor Archibald. When Bob later wants Ichabeezer to pay for breaking his TV, he learns that everyone deserves mercy.
