Overview: Now that he cannot return to the force, André is persuaded by his former partner Lopes to use his expertise to track fugitives in Brazil for a good price. In their first case, a Haitian has arrived in Brazil to find his missing brother. As André begins to ask around people don't want to talk, and he begins to suspect this is more than a family matter.
