Overview: Oakley is excited when he senses a storm is on the way but Holly wishes she could shelter him. She organises a tea party for all her friends, but when Holly goes missing Rosie discovers that she is actually scared of the thunder and lighting. Rosie helps Holly overcome her fear and everyone has fun recreating another storm for Oakley!
