Overview: Mahadev breathes life into Ganesh but, Parvati, seeing that her son is now unrecognizable, and does not want to accept him. Ganesh, too, is unaware of his new identity. Mahadev informs Ganesh that he is his son and he was forced to behead him to bring an end to his arrogant behaviour which caused much displeasure to the Gods.
