Overview: Bayaza and Appa Ji are worried about the situation in Shirdi and decide to talk to Sai about it. Bayaza tells Sai about Salim and how he sits at home all day and doesn't work. The Thief goes to Kulkarni and reports everything to him of his encounter with Sai. Kulkarni tells him his plan to diminish Sai.
