Overview: Appa Kote Patil meets Kulkarni and hands him the sum of money in order to take back his land. Kulkarni tries to cheat Patil but Sai’s blessings guide him and he shows the terms of the loan to Kulkarni. Kulkarni has no choice but to accept Patil’s amount.
