Overview: Kulkarni is treating a villager very badly as he had not repaid his loan on time. Ganpat enters the scene on time and releases the villager by making him gain knowledge about the rules and regulations. Later Ganpat even Warns Kulkarni for not showing such behavior to the villagers.
