Overview: Paul Kelly and Biddy White Lennon challenge the remaining contestants to create an Irish bread basket composed of Soda bread, Irish tea bread and a non-yeasted bread for the signature bake. In the technical bake, the amateur bakers must recreate Paul's tear and share Party bread.
