Overview: CHAI and Lord of Tsun would like to arrange a marriage between their children. Now that Tsun has become a close ally of Ng, CHAI is more and more ambitious to take over Central China. Lord of Chai wants to bring CHI back to Chai for better treatment but is rejected by CHAI. LAI points out that it is not a good idea for TSIN to be superstitious. He asks TSIN to pull down the royal temple and pass the sacred wood to CHAI, about which TSIN has deep reservations. LAI means to let CHAI know about the sacred wood in the process of constructing Wan Wah Palace. To protect his country from the curse, CHAI lets TSIN demolish Yuet’s royal temple and bring the scared wood back to Ng.
