He warns SZE not to go too far, or else he will try every possible means to torture TSIN. To further insult TSIN, CHAI once again makes YEE stay with Lord of Sung. Filled with rage and shame, TSIN plans to kill CHAI with a sharpened cow bone. An envoy from Ng arrives at Yuet and shows Prince YAU the Tiger Emblem from CHAI. As directed by CHAI, he urges Prince YAU to collect as many raw materials as possible, and to recruit as many workers as he can. Despite their sympathy for the people of Yuet, Prince YAU and FUNG have to obey the orders. TSIN is about to assassinate CHAI but is stopped by YUET NUI in the nick of time.
