Overview: When Wei-chi wants to run away, Wei-nan shoots him with his rifle. He asks Wei-chi to reform but Wei-chi is too stubborn. Thinking that Wei-chi is innocent, Wen-hui begs Turg Kang to save him from being prosecuted. At last, Wei-chi is released. Seriously injured by others, Wei-chi still blames Wei-nan when he goes to visit him. Wei-nan is much disappointed and wants to gait his job but is not permitted by Inspector Han. Tung Kang gangs with Bai Li-shi to plot against Tao-chi who is asked to receive the drug for them. But then he is shot dead. Bai Li-shi imputes all the crimes on Tao-chi.
