Overview: A Filipino family, a Portuguese-American family and a family from New Orleans brave Valerie Bertinelli's kitchen challenges for a chance to win $10,000 for their family-run restaurants. In the first round, they must transform their best-seller into a taco combo. Then the remaining two families have to make a three-course meal using vanilla ice cream in each dish, working together to impress judges Christian Petroni, Courtney Rada and Jet Tila.
