Overview: Jeff lost 200 pounds on his own in only one year with a rigid diet and exercise regimen. Jeff had facial surgery and underwent a series of rigorous medical tests in order to be considered for an extended body tuck, a medical procedure that would remove the large amounts of excess skin remaining on his frame. Jeff suffers complications during tests which puts his extreme makeover in jeopardy, and makes him question his decision to go through with the process.
